Water runs along the deck and rafters before it drips, so the spot on your ceiling can be several feet from where it really gets in. On North Shore homes the usual causes are chimney flashing, cracked pipe boots, ice dams at the eaves, and shingles lifted by wind. We find the source, show you photos, and fix that, not the whole roof.
If the roof is near the end of its life, we tell you. You get a written number for the repair and one for replacement, and the choice is yours.

How fast can you come out?
We respond the same day. Active leaks get priority, and if water is coming in we tarp first and make the permanent repair as soon as the weather allows.
Can you fix an ice dam leak in the middle of winter?
We can relieve the immediate problem and protect the roof right away. A permanent shingle and underlayment repair seals best on a dry day above freezing, so we schedule that as soon as conditions allow.
Should I repair or replace my roof?
If the roof is under about 15 years old and the damage is in one area, repair almost always makes sense. If shingles are curling and failing in several places, we will show you why replacement may cost less over time. You decide.
Do you charge for the inspection?
