A Lynn Crew That Stands Behind Its Work
FJM Roofing & Siding Construction Inc. is owned and run by Freddy Lopez. More than 13 years on North Shore roofs and walls, with our own crew on every job.
Our Story
Local, owner-led, and here to stay
FJM Construction is a Lynn-based roofing and siding contractor led by owner Freddy Lopez. For more than 13 years, Freddy and his crew have replaced roofs, installed siding, fixed leaks, and repaired storm damage on homes across the North Shore.
We're not a franchise and we don't hand your job to subcontractors. The crew that shows up is our crew, and Freddy is involved from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. That's why so many of our Google reviews mention him by name.
We work on the homes that make this area what it is: Victorians with turrets, triple-deckers with flat roofs, capes, colonials, and two-families. Each has its quirks, and we've seen most of them.

“I phoned FJM for a quote on a vinyl siding repair on my large two-family. Fredy responded within half an hour and came out shortly after to assess the job. He was professional and very courteous, and returned the next day to make the repair in a timely manner at an affordable cost. I highly recommend this company!”
